Introducing the Dock Estate Team

These are uncertain times. And uncertainty always brings lots of questions! We know lots of you are asking about how the space operates – so we thought this is as good a time as any to take you behind the scenes at the Dock. In normal circumstances, our Estate Team does its job helping out visitors and making sure the Dock is clean and tidy – but they’ve never been as important as they are right now.

Our dedicated Estate Team is always onsite, and it’s one of their jobs to make sure that hygiene standards are high and it’s a safe place for all. And they’ve also offered their help to the Dock residents who’re in isolation. Please let us know if we can help!

We’re committed to our policy of keeping visitors and staff safe and have increased our already robust cleaning routines – including cleansing of touch points. Everything we do is guided by the advice of both Public Health England and local NHS Trusts during this outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), which we’re monitoring continuously.

Dock resident help

During these very difficult and unprecedented times, we’re more than aware that many of the Colonnades residents may be in need of assistance – whether that’s collecting prescriptions, food items, mail delivery or parcel collections. We’re here to help, so please let us know what you need – we’ll be helping out our local residents for as long as the needs of the business allows, or until we’re advised otherwise by government.
