What are your opening hours?
Most attractions and shops at Albert Dock are open from 10am to 6pm. Opening times can vary though, so please check individual opening hours with each venues before your trip.
Where are the nearest toilets?
There are public toilets on The Colonnades, adjacent to the Grand Hall. All individual restaurants and bars also have toilets for customers.
Are the restaurants child friendly?
Yes, all of the Albert Dock’s restaurants are family friendly, although some venues may have restrictions on allowing children into bar areas after certain hours.
Where are the museums and galleries?
Choose from our range of award-winning attractions, including the Merseyside Maritime Museum, International Slavery Museum, Tate Liverpool and the Beatles Story.
Can I take my dog into the Albert Dock?
Responsible dog owners and those who have guide or hearing dogs.
Is there any free disabled parking?
There are disabled parking spaces at Albert Dock, but they’re not free.
Where and how much is the coach drop-off and the car park?
Albert Dock has free coach drop-off and pick-up points at Albert Gate, Salthouse Quay and Gower Street. For medium and long term coach parking, please use King’s Dock Coach Park – you can see their charges here.
Our car park is on the Britannia Side of Albert Dock our car park, it’s open 24 hours a day and tariffs are as follows:
1 Hour £3.00 (Up to and including 1 Hour)
2 Hours £5.50
3 Hours £7.50
4 Hours £8.50
6 Hours £10.50
12 Hours £15.50
24 Hours £20.50

There are payphones throughout Liverpool city centre, including Hanover Street, Church Street and Lord Street.
Where the nearest cash machine?
There are cash machines on Gower Street, adjacent to the Beatles Story. *This cash machine has a charge*
Where can I buy stamps on the Dock?
You can buy stamps at the following venues:

Where can you buy fish and chips?
Docklands Fish & Chips (on The Colonnades) provides take-away fish and chips, and several of Albert Dock’s restaurants serve fish and chips on their menus.
