What are your opening hours?
Most attractions and shops at the Albert Dock are open from 10am to 6pm. Opening times can vary though, so please check individual opening hours on the Attractions pages of our website, or check with individual venues before you leave.

How do I find the Albert Dock?
The Albert Dock is located in the heart of Liverpool, in a stunning waterfront location. For more information on how to find us, together with a downloadable map, please click here to view our 'find us' page.

Where is the nearest Tourist Information office?
There is a Visitor Centre in the Anchor Courtyard (between Britannia Pavilion and the Atlantic Pavilion) where you can pick up a map and find out more about our range of attractions. The Tourist Information office deals with all visitor enquiries, can book tickets and tours, and offers a good selection of merchandise.There is also the 08 Place, Liverpool's Tourist Information Centre, which can be found on Whitechapel in the city centre. Where can I park?
Parking for the Albert Dock is provided by the 24-hour Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool and Albert Dock multi-storey car park. There is also parking at Liverpool One's Q Park and the John Lewis car park on Liver Street. A limited amount of parking is also available on the Albert Dock. Coaches can drop off at Albert Dock Gate and Gower Street bus stops.

Where can I stay?
The Albert Dock offers two comfortable hotels on site, whether you're here for a weekend break or on business. Both are conveniently located for both the Albert Dock, ACC Liverpool and city centre.

Are dogs allowed on the estate?
We're afraid that dogs - except assistance dogs - are NOT permitted on the Albert Dock estate.
