The Dock’s former pumphouse was built in 1870, and has been lovingly restored as a cosy traditional British pub, renamed The Pump House.
One of the most distinctive buildings at the Dock, The Pump House’s soaring tower is Grade II listed, and an unmissable landmark.
It’s a relaxed and friendly venue, with WiFi access, a large outdoor patio and its own food servery that focusses on a hearty selection of traditional dishes. We’re proud of our food, and only the best ingredients make it onto our menu.
We serve a range of dishes from timeless classics, like Gloucestershire Old Spot sausages and haddock and chips to contemporary choices like butternut squash risotto and paneer and vegetable skewers.
Sundays are reserved, of course for our home-cooked roasts.
Tasty, traditional and friendly, whether you’re dining or just having a pint, you’ll feel right at home with us.
