The Dock’s former pumphouse was built in 1870, and has been lovingly restored as a cosy traditional British pub, serving tasty British food.
One of the most distinctive buildings at the Dock, the Pump House’s soaring tower is Grade II listed, and an unmissable landmark. The newly refurbished pub is a relaxed and friendly venue, with WiFi access and a large outdoor patio, with its own food servery.
Focusing on a hearty selection of traditional dishes, we’re pretty proud of our food, and only the best ingredients make it onto our menu. It’s a great spot for a pint, with an excellent selection of dishes including freshly-prepared seasonal specials. Timeless classics, like Gloucestershire Old Spot sausages and haddock and chips and burgers, sit alongside contemporary choices including butternut squash risotto and paneer and vegetable skewers. Sundays, of course, are reserved for our home-cooked roasts.
Tasty, traditional and friendly, you’ll feel right at home when you dine with us.
