The menu focuses on locally sourced, modern regional food, combining classic flavours with stylish presentation and making the most of fresh seasonal produce.
The restaurant embraces the heritage of the venue, and the city by tailoring the menus to capture the provenance and diversity of the produce the dock buildings once carried.
The menu is refreshed regularly, reflecting the best seasonal flavours and offering vegetarian and vegan options. Monday to Saturday, the menu includes a selection of small plates, boards and local classics, while they are the venue of choice for a first class roast on Sundays’
Head Chef, Ben Sheeran, the creative driving force behind the restaurants signature style, had the honour of cooking lunch for the Queen during her Jubilee Anniversary tour and was awarded Chef of the Year at Liverpool Ambassador Awards, 2012.
With a comprehensive wine list, the Maritime Dining Room also boasts a tempting afternoon tea with a mouth-watering selection of delicate pâtisserie and modern savoury favourites.
Open for lunch and afternoon tea, seven days a week, open daily from 11.30am to 4.00pm, with a special Sea urchins children’s menu and after hours catering for private functions.
