The Albert Dock provides an inspiring venue for a school trip - its history and cultural attractions offer an excellent backdrop to all areas of educational learning and many of our attractions tie into key stages of the National Curriculum.The Dock's galleries and museums create an ideal venue for learning outside the classroom - stimulating students' imagination and improving their learning ability.Our unique location lends itself to contemporary learning and is an excellent base for an educational day out - from history to science, the arts or geography, we've got it covered at the Albert Dock.

With facilities for all ages and types of groups from nursery, school trip or adult learning; special educational needs groups; all key stages and corporate training, there's something on offer at the Dock for everyone.You can choose to visit as many or as few of our attractions as you want to during the course of a day, or a longer period of study. Each venue provides an imaginative, dynamic and well-equipped environment for learning.

Not only is there an array of attractions to visit, but also a variety of cafés and restaurants that cater for school trips and college groups, plus a selection of retail outlets for educational resources or the perfect souvenir.
