Accessibility

The Albert Dock includes period features such as cobbles and original York stone paving. Our aim is to make your visit to the Albert Dock as enjoyable and accessible as possible. We are committed to making the site safe and easily accessible for all and are continually looking into ways to do so;

- The Albert Dock site is fully accessible for all, both inside the quay and the exterior walkways

- Guide and hearing dogs are welcome on the Albert Dock site and in venues

- Tate Liverpool and the Beatles Story offer wheel chair free hire upon request when visiting these venues

- The Albert Dock has toilet facilities based on the Colonnades, there is a disabled toilet* and baby changing facilities available

- Tate Liverpool, the Beatles Story and Merseyside Maritime Museum also all have disabled toilets available

- There are a total of 8 disabled car parking bays at the Albert Dock (located in car parks A which is near to the main entrance to the estate & in car park D which is opposite to the Beatles Story & Premier Inn Hotel)

- Ramps are available at the Beatles Story & Tourist Information Centre
